First National Bank Residential Mortgage Lending was established under the leadership of Colorado Production Manager - Mortgage Division Gene Humphries and Northern Colorado Production Manager Jim Hunter in February of 2001. The headquarters are located at 375 E. Horsetooth Road, Bldg 2-101, in Fort Collins and Loan Officers are employed in Fort Collins and Loveland.

Nationally, the mortgage company employs 415 full-time personnel for loan production offices throughout Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Iowa and North Carolina. In 2002, the combined funding of residential loans for all offices was $2 billion.

First National Bank is an affiliate of First National of Nebraska, Inc., a multi-state holding company with nearly $13 billion in managed assets. This affiliation serves as the foundation for the Residential Mortgage Lending’s “Customer for Life” strategy that provides state-of-the-art technology, instant accessibility and in-house underwriting. Our loan originators are also authorized to lend in all 50 states.

Residential Mortgage Lending offers a complete line of mortgage loan products through its extensive nationwide source of mortgage loan investors, which includes: Conforming and Non-Conforming loans, Relocation and Jumbo loans, Construction and Home Improvement loans, FHA, VA, Community Homebuyer and Second-lien loan programs.

Importantly, we retain control of the mortgage transaction from start to finish.
